DISC-HEADED GRAVESTONE CROSSES.
I am most interested in disc-headed stone crosses of the medieval period. Six years ago I published a book with details of those in Hessen, West Germany. Now I am anxious to contact anyone who has this interest in Kent. Whilst passing through Kent in 1977 I saw some disc-headed crosses at Great Mongeham and Lydden (my photographs are enclosed). Do please ask anyone specialising in these crosses to write to me.
